Power on Demand
You don't need more power. You need access to the power you already have.
For the woman who is already powerful and is done losing access to herself the moment money, visibility, love, leadership or consequence walks into the room.
90 Days · Eight Women · Begins October 1
There is a woman you become when you're really on.
She walks in and reads the whole room in about four seconds. She sees the thing under the thing. She knows when something is off before anyone says it out loud.
She makes the decision while everyone else is still circling. She has the hard conversation. She closes the deal. She tells someone a truth they didn't want and somehow they thank her for it.
People call her powerful. They're right.
Then it's yours, and she's unreachable.
Your business. Your rate. Your voice. Your face on the internet. Your relationship. The thing you actually want and have never said in a full sentence to anyone.
You overthink it. You go quiet. You start sounding like every other person in your industry. You look for another strategy, another expert, another framework, one more sign that you're allowed to trust what you already know.
And somewhere in there you think: where the hell did I go?
You didn't lose your power. You lost access to yourself.
Both of these are true about you
- ·You can be brilliant inside someone else's business and completely lost inside your own.
- ·You can know exactly what your client needs and have no idea what to say about your own work.
- ·You can be the woman everybody trusts and still second-guess yourself the minute nobody needs saving.
- ·You can know what you know and freeze when it's time to say it where people can see you.
- ·You can be fiercely independent and secretly have no idea how to let someone give you anything.
- ·You can have a spiritual life that is completely real to you and a daily life that barely reflects it.
- ·You can be powerful as hell and still be negotiating with someone who showed you who he was a year ago.
You don't have a power problem. You have an access problem.
You spent years getting very good at functioning. Performing. Achieving. Coping. Being useful. Being impressive. Being the one who handles it.
Power is a different skill. Power is staying connected to yourself while something is at stake.
Anyone can feel powerful when nothing is on the line. It gets interesting when someone might disagree, someone might leave, you might lose money, you might be badly misunderstood, your family might not get it, or you might actually succeed and have to become a woman your old life doesn't recognize.
What on demand actually means
It doesn't mean forcing yourself into motion. It means you can reach the part of you that knows what this moment is asking for.
Sometimes that's moving.
Sometimes that's waiting.
Sometimes that's no.
Sometimes that's asking.
Sometimes that's receiving.
Sometimes that's walking away.
Sometimes that's staying.
Sometimes that's shutting the fuck up.
What we work on
Four capacities. No modules.
Can I get to myself?
We find the exact place where you leave. The pause before you speak. The moment your chest gets tight and your language gets careful. The half second where you decide it isn't worth it.
No bypassing the fear. No pushing through and calling it courage. You learn what happens inside you, and you build your own way back.
What is actually mine?
Your knowing. Your decisions. Your position. Your price. Your desires. The things you already see clearly and keep filing under maybe.
You stop needing the room to agree before you move, and you stop turning hard in order to hold your ground.
Can I bring it into the world?
The ideas, the perspective, the work that has been trying to come out from under everything you learned to say instead.
You don't need to sound more impressive. You need to sound like yourself, in public, with money on the line.
Can I let life meet me?
Money. Support. Love. Recognition. Help you didn't have to earn twice.
Power isn't never needing anyone. Power is being able to need someone without abandoning yourself.
And if you know there is more to your work
You have probably been using your gifts everywhere except in your own work.
You read people. You sense what isn't being said. You know when something is about to shift. You have a relationship with your own knowing, or with something you might call Divine Intelligence, and you stopped needing permission to believe it a long time ago.
You've used it in corporate. In sales. In leadership. In your business. In your marriage. People feel the result and never know where it came from, and for a while that was fine.
There is a difference between using what you carry and building from what you carry.
You may have a methodology in you. A way of seeing. A body of work. Making that visible, coherent and paid for is a great deal more exposing than using it quietly on someone else's behalf. That is part of this work. We bring the source closer to the surface without turning you into a performance of yourself.
What changes
You stop asking who you're supposed to be.
You start asking what is actually yours.
You stop collecting other people's answers.
You start trusting your own.
You stop making yourself legible to everyone.
You get precise about what you see.
You stop borrowing language.
You develop your own.
You stop waiting to feel completely ready.
You move while staying connected to yourself.
You stop confusing independence with power.
You become available to receive.
You stop hiding behind being useful.
You let your own work be seen.
And eventually the woman you know yourself to be and the woman your life can actually see become the same woman.
The container
Ninety days. Eight women. A private room that works underneath the strategy.
The weekly Power Room
Ninety minutes live, every week. We work with what is actually happening in the room. One woman is frozen around visibility. One has an offer she cannot say out loud. One is realizing her career is not where her life is going. One is terrified of what her mother will say. We work the real thing, in real time.
One private session
One 60-minute private session inside the 90 days, for the thing that isn't for the group. Not weekly, not unlimited. One deep intervention, used well.
Between sessions
Private voice and text access Monday through Friday, not into the wee hours of the night of course. Bring me the moment you lose access to yourself while it's still hot.
Three movements
Access: where does my power disappear and how do I get back. Claim: what is mine, and can I stand behind it. Expression: can I bring it into the world where it counts, and get paid for it.
This isn't a repair project. It's a return to the woman you already are, with fewer conditions under which you abandon her, so you can decide, speak, build, sell, lead, love, receive and live from yourself.
This is not for everyone.
She may be an entrepreneur, an executive, a practitioner, a creative, a leader. She may still be in corporate. She may be building something quietly on the side that almost nobody knows about. She may be successful by every measure anyone else uses and still know there is something else she came here to do.
She does not need to call herself a mystic. She might. She might say intuitive, or perceptive, or nothing at all.
The only prerequisite: I know more is available to me, and I am tired of losing access to myself when it matters.
She doesn't need anyone to tell her she's powerful. She needs a place where she can become more available to herself.
Who holds the room

Najeeba "JeeJee" Saafir
I learned power in rooms where nobody used that word. Sales floors. Corporate. Regular jobs with regular bosses. Relationships. Businesses I built. Years of being underestimated by people who were quite sure they had me figured out.
I was a mystic inside worlds that had no language for the whole of me, and I was also very good at those worlds. Both. At the same time.
Then I took the less conventional road, and it cost me. Family. Friendships. Money. Certainty. Stretches of being deeply misunderstood by people I love, while continuing anyway without anyone around me understanding what I was doing.
That's where I learned the actual thing: power isn't something I go out and acquire. It's something I become available to. I don't teach this from theory. I teach it because I had to live it: choosing your own power when the life you built starts asking you to shrink.
Apply
Power on DemandAccess yourself when it matters.
If something here made you uncomfortable, relieved, angry, exposed or completely seen, pay attention. You probably already know why you're here.
Five questions
Answer them honestly rather than impressively. I read every application myself and I will be in touch either way, fit or not.
A private version is available for women who need this one to one
A few honest questions
Before you decide.
Is this coaching, therapy, or something else?+
It's neither, and it isn't a course. I teach when teaching is what the moment needs and I work directly with you when it isn't. We deal with what is actually happening, including your body and your patterns. If you are in crisis, this is not the right room, and that's not a judgment.
Do I have to call myself a mystic or spiritual?+
No. Some women in this room will. Some will say intuitive, perceptive, or nothing at all. What you call it matters far less than whether you can stay connected to your knowing when the room disagrees.
Is this a business program?+
Not exactly. This is about what you're here to do, say, build, teach or create that you haven't fully brought into the world yet. Business is where that will show up: how you sell, price, become visible, build without copying, and tolerate being misunderstood while money moves. Business is the proving ground, not the subject.
Why only eight women?+
Because I work with the real thing in the room, and that requires me to actually know you. Eight is small enough that no one hides and large enough that you hear yourself in women whose lives you recognize.
How much access do I get to you between sessions?+
Private voice and text, Monday through Friday. Bring me the moment you lose access to yourself while it's live. The boundary is part of the teaching.
